Plastic-Free Parks is an annual TrashBlitz project to that tracks waste trends in U.S. National Parks and on federal lands. The goal is to understand which materials, items, and brands of waste are most common to work toward solutions that protect our parks from the harm of plastic pollution.

Download the TrashBlitz app (available on iOS or Android) and familiarize yourself with the platform.
Visit any U.S. National Park or NPS-managed land. Explore, have fun, and pick up trash as you see it. Log your findings (item, brand, material) in the app as you go.
